Bacon6 was asked to act as mediators in the resolution of a conflict between a group of employees and their organisation with regard to proposed changes to working practices. This conflict created significant operational problems for the organisation with the threat of strike action if not resolved.

Bacon6 worked with all the parties involved to facilitate a productive dialogue and agree an agenda for change that all could feel comfortable with. This required a sound knowledge of best practice in mediation, HR and Employment Law together with the skills and experience necessary to build relationships quickly and effectively with people with opposing view points. The work concluded with a workable agenda for all and prevented the threatened strike action. The agreed solutions have now been in place for over 2 years and working relationships in the area continue to build and be positive.
